The Wait is a tender story about birth.

 

A couple of bears, Lea and Karl, who are expecting their first child.
Just like every winter, before the cold weather sets in, they have to stock up on supplies. But this year, Karl goes alone since Lea is nearing the end of her pregnancy.

 

The story centers around Lea and everything that comes before a birth – preparing the “nest” and clothes, the future mother daydreaming about her baby...

 

So many precious and gentle moments proceed the baby’s arrival.
