Founded in Amsterdam in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Jan and Rosa
Bernhard-Popelar, Boycott is an independent children’s publisher dedicated to
creating exceptional books for young readers.

Our publishing programme combines interactive board books, richly
illustrated non-fiction, imaginative picture books and distinctive fiction. We
are passionate about innovative formats, outstanding illustration and stories
that respect children’s intelligence, curiosity and sense of wonder.

Each book is carefully developed to surprise, delight and inspire. Whether
we are introducing young children to the world around them, encouraging
creativity through hands-on activities, or telling unforgettable stories, our goal
is always the same: to create books that families will read, share and return to
again and again.
