The Flu
A seasonal picture book to read under the duvet, with a runny nose — the perfect way to see the bright side of a cold, the flu, or tonsillitis.
That day, on their way home from school, Jeanne and Basile feel hot and cold at the same time. They don’t even feel like eating pasta — and that says it all...
Exhausted, they sleep for a very, very long time. They can see that Rose and Victor, their parents, are worried. After a few days, they start to feel better and can finally go back to school — it feels good to see their friends again!
But that evening, it’s Rose and Victor’s turn to feel unwell. In fact, they’re completely bedridden. Jeanne and Basile take the opportunity to live off crisps. But when night falls, fear creeps in: what if their parents stay ill forever?
