Death Goes on Holidays
About this book
If Death went on holiday... it would give the rest of us a holiday too! A wonderfully absurd picture book that thumbs its nose at Death.
Like everyone else, Death has parents who worry about her. So when they notice she's looking pale and tell heroff for working too much, she decides to take a holiday. But where to go?
Everything reminds her of work: the skeletons in museums, the mummies in Egypt... Honestly,Death has nowhere left to go! Perhaps she's simply too anxious?
When her therapist suggests that maybe she doesn't need a holiday after all, she decides to get straight back to work. The therapist is the first to feel the effects: aheart attack. "He was clearly working too hard..." Death concludes.
